We are a family who gathers to welcome the presence of God and to live out the calling He has placed on our lives. There is something happening every day at our church, but when you join us for a Sunday morning gathering, you can expect a strong and challenging message, powerful worship experience, and a whole lot of community.
We participate in a number of Ministries including Children’s Ministry, Youth Group, Meals on Wheels and more! If you are interested in joining any of our ministries, please reach out to the contact person listed. If you would like to START a new ministry, or revive an old one that is not listed, please contact the Church office to discuss it. Thank you for your interest in serving our Lord by serving others!
First Seffner is a place my family calls home. We have made some great friends and enjoy learning about God. It is a place that supports you during troubling times and celebrates the good times with you. First Seffner, it's members, and leaders will always hold a special place in my heart for helping to develop my spiritual walk and giving my children the understanding of God and His love.
Joy-filled! This describes the people as they worship, work and share together in ministry. An extended family that cares for each other through the love of Christ. Definitely a place to come and feel loved, learn and grow.
I have been a member of FUMC of Seffner for over 18 years. I have family members that were a part of the church back in the 1970's. We are not large but our smaller size makes for a more intimate and caring atmosphere. My family and I stay and thrive here because we have found a place where we experience God's love and are able to serve Him in many different ways.
